We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@pawroyale.store. Once your request is reviewed, our support team will provide you with the return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
